	USG offers a professional review of your collection department policies, procedures and practices.
	Once the scope of the review has been determined, USG will perform an on-site visit to your credit union.
	An in-depth review will be conducted on your policies, practices and procedures to ascertain if they are effective, being followed and/or need revision.
	A written Executive Summary will be prepared at the conclusion of the review for presentation to the CEO. A USG representative will also report the findings to committees, auditors, examiners and/or staff as requested by the credit union.
